About Rooted Physio & Performance
We are a mobile physical therapy and performance training based in Columbia, MD. We specialize in working with active adults who have fitness goals and busy lifestyles. Our goal with this program is to reach the DIYers out there who want to experience our holistic approach that combines yoga, stability exercises, and strength & conditioning principles, all while being in the comfort of your own home. MEET COACH LESLIE
Leslie is an avid power lifter, runner, and fitness athlete. His training philosophy involves incorporating functional movement, motivation, and bringing out the true potential in all of his clients. Leslie is a former collegiate Basketball player and currently serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Chesapeake College Men’s Basketball team. He is passionate about working with athletes of all levels and also retired athletes who want to stay strong and mobile throughout their lifespan.
MEET DR. ARIEL
Ariel is a retired college athlete, active yogi, and weight lifting enthusiast. She is also an experienced yoga instructor and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Ariel specializes in treatment of orthopedic rehab for fitness athletes, adolescent athlete return to sport, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome/hypermobility issues. She also corresponds as a Yoga anatomy teacher for several online yoga teacher trainings.
